This week’s WFMO X Music Savage Show “Song of the Week” spotlight is on the super-catchy new single, “It Changes,” from Amber Arcades. On the heels of her critically acclaimed debut album, Fading Lines, which was released in June 2016, the artist keeps her effervescent brand of sparkly indie-rock in full effect on her latest track.

Amber Arcades is the moniker for Dutch musician Annelotte de Graa and when she is not busy creating music she is busy providing legal aid to Syrian refugees. As if that is not epic enough de Graa is also an international war crimes expert with a bachelor’s AND master’s law degree! How does she find the time to create irresistible pop music? My guess is she doesn’t sleep and lives off her power doing good deeds for humanity.

“It Changes” will be included in Amber Arcades’ forthcoming EP, which will be released via Heavenly Recordings in the near future. She will also be supporting Grandaddy this March during their UK tour.
